Course Overview
The Certified Halal Executive Programme (CHEP) is designed to develop competent Halal professionals capable of managing and overseeing Halal assurance activities in accordance with MS1500 and other global Halal standards. This programme equips participants with the necessary technical knowledge, documentation skills, and leadership attributes to ensure Halal integrity throughout the production or service process.
Course Objectives
Understand roles and responsibilities of a Halal Executive
Apply Halal assurance system (HAS) requirements in daily operations
Coordinate Halal documentation, training, and record keeping
Facilitate Halal internal audits and external inspections
Lead Halal team meetings and communicate with certification bodies
