Halal Competency Training (HCT)

Course Overview

This training is designed to equip participants with in-depth knowledge and practical skills related to Halal compliance, assurance, and internal Halal control systems. It focuses on developing individual competencies to ensure that operations, documentation, and procedures comply with recognized Halal standards such as MS1500 and international guidelines. The training bridges theory and application, enhancing participants’ roles in maintaining Halal integrity throughout the supply chain.

Course Objectives
  • Understand Halal assurance systems (HAS) and Halal-related standards

  • Perform Halal control procedures, documentation, and verification

  • Identify and manage critical Halal control points in production and services

  • Interpret and apply Halal policies within their organization
